Your New Role

Randstad is seeking a Specialist Care Team Leader to join a leading telecommunications organisation in Macquarie Park. Starting 23rd February 2026, you’ll lead a team of customer care experts supporting vulnerable customers and managing complex enquiries. You’ll drive performance, shape team culture, and create an environment where people thrive.

This is a full-time, office-based Specialist Care Team Leader role operating on a 7-day rotating roster, Monday–Sunday.

Shifts include:

  • 8am – 4pm
  • 10am – 6pm
  • 12pm – 8pm
  • Evening: 3pm – 11pm
  • Night: 11pm – 7am

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire your team to deliver consistently high customer outcomes
  • Coach and develop team members through 1:1s, coaching and feedback
  • Monitor performance dashboards, identify trends, and drive improvement initiatives
  • Oversee daily operations to maintain quality, compliance, and service standards
  • Support the management of complex or high-risk customer interactions
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to influence and align team priorities

  • Proven leadership experience in customer care, contact centres, or service environments
  • Skilled in coaching, capability building, and performance management
  • Confident managing complex operations while balancing people, customer, and commercial priorities
  • Strong communicator with the ability to influence and build relationships
  • Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable leading through change
  • Collaborative, empowering leader who fosters trust and a positive culture
